As a Marketing Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing relevant content for the company’s digital platform and social media spaces (corporate website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, etc.) in addition to creating and managing promotions and social ad campaigns. You are tasked to develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the company’s online and off line community and promote brand awareness. Monitoring trends in social media tools, applications and strategies are an important part of your job responsibility as you analyse and review the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results. The Marketing Manager is also to be fully responsible for raising the profile and creating brand awareness of UKEC by designing and implementing various marketing and sales strategies. The key tasks include but are not limited to: Develop and execute creative advertising campaigns for promotions such as promotional offers, recruitment events and education fairs. Produce content for marketing literature. Deliver a rigorous social media strategy in relation to Facebook, Instagram, and additional social media profiles to expand the company’s online community and promote brand awareness. Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities in relation to performance statistics. Preparation of market research reports for new campaigns. Update, maintain, and improve traffic to the company website. Generate campaign and web performance reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and SEO/SEM initiatives. Be involved in organising the production of marketing materials; Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences: Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’ Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: Marketing, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia, Linguistics, Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent. Possess at least 1-year experience in a related field. Internet savvy and have in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms. Dedicated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Results-oriented, have good organisational skills and is able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong copywriting and content creation skills Solid marketing analytics skills. Experienced in digital marketing and campaign management. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Have permission to work in the UK Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences: Previous experience or knowledge in the international education market would be desirable. Ability to speak a second language would be a distinct advantage. Experienced in social media and digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, SEO, etc). Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and Google analytics to measure performance.
